* Silent Auction, Assistant to the Committee Chair - Family Fiesta: [fundraising dinner and auction for the Community]: Arrange the Silent Auction portion of the night. Timing: In the beginning of the school year, send out a donation request letter to 400 businesses, and apply online as needed (Disneyland), and process donations as they come in. In March, plan the Auction with the committee chair. Timing: August/September letters. March auction.
* Publicity/Tickets, Assistant to the Committee Chair - Family Fiesta: Promote the dinner to the school, students, parents, and the public through the many channels of communication. Determine the sales incentives. Receive ticket orders, keep simple sales records, and process with the Financial Secretary. Timing: March, some daily activity for the two weeks just prior to the event.
